He has Down syndrome, an intellectual disability, and cannot read sheet music.
Although it takes him over a year to master a single piece, he conveys his unwavering determination through his music.
He began learning the marimba at the age of 10.
Currently, while working as a caregiver at a senior care facility, he performs at various events, town festivals, senior care facilities, and elementary and junior high schools.

In recognition of her daily life, including volunteer activities in the community, he became the first person with an intellectual disability to receive the Governor’s Award at the “Hyogo Universal Society Creation Awards.”
He has been appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador for Inagawa Town and is actively engaged in this role.
